Welcome

I received my M.S. degree (2000) in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to this, I have a M.E. degree (1998) in Electronics and Control and B.E. degree (1996) in Electrical and Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at UMass, Amherst and work as a graduate research assistant with Laboratory for Perceptual Robotics and Computer Vision Laboratory at UMass, Amherst. My research interests includes cross modal correspondances, statistical pattern recognition, mobile robot navigation and machine learning.

I am from Chennai, a metropolitan city in the southern part of India with a population of 6 million people. I am an alumnus of St. John's Senior Secondary School at Chennai.
