Bigelow: Interactive Software Systems for Expert-Assisted Image Analysis and Classification of Aquatic Particles

Set of automated and semi-automated tools to efficiently assist experts in addressing most of the digital imaging problems associated with classifying suspended marine particles generated by marine optical instruments. Our goal is to achieve a very high success of automated classification, so that the expert can focus only on the most difficult cases. [>more info]
